Travis's Daily Journal -Tuscon, AZ

We were driving around when the cord to the RV popped. We went to a travel center called Flying J. It took a while so we ate lunch and hula-hoop danced. A train came and scared us. Finally dad got the cord done and we were on the road again.

I went to the International Wildlife Museum. We saw some cool stuff. My favorite was the Chinese Water Deer. It has fangs! On the way back we saw some Javelinas. They were really cute.Too bad we didn’t get a picture. Then we went to a trail in Saguaro National Park.I saw swirly thingys in the rocks. They were made by a group of Indians. I was leading the trail hike! I watched for rock cairns and trail impressions which made me a good leader. I had a canyon full of fun.
